  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes! we do ship to most countries but our website is currently used for orders within UAE only.. Don't worry! you can still place an order by contacting us on WhatsApp +971 58 787 0622 or Instagram DM @rugzze , See you there! 😊
  • What kind of rug materials do you have?
    We offer a variety of excellent rug materials, you can check our highlight (prices) on our instagram page @rugzze for additional information regarding materials and prices.
  • Do you have a shop?
    We don't have any physical store, RUGZZE is an online-based store only.
  • Can you make any design into a rug?
    In order to customize a rug with a specific design we request the client to provide us with the design in high quality image (png or pdf file) otherwise, the client can choose from our wide selection of rugs on our instagram pagr and customize the size and layout of it.
